Digital Products (Wallpapers, Downloads)
All digital product purchases are final sale.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us and we will assist you.
Physical Products (Remote Leashes)
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the item.
We will offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow several business days for processing depending on your bank or provider
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Creative Services (Design, Freelance Work)
All deposits and payments for creative services are non-refundable.
Due to the time and resources involved, refunds will not be issued once work has begun. Any additional terms will be outlined in individual client contracts.
